Hello, December! A Winter Survey & Check In

vitality-child-winter-surveyI shared this sentiment on Twitter already, but I am so seriously impressed by/in awe of people who commit to blogmas or vlogmas. Prepping posts, queuing, shooting, editing, and simply coming up with ideas for content is no joke–it’s a ton of work. I have at least a half-dozen posts in various stages of completion in my notepad right now, and I have posted, oh, once in the last seven days. Major blogger fail, I know. I have a packed editorial calendar for the first few weeks of 2017 (side bar: OMG, how is it almost 2017?!) but I wanted to make sure that I popped in at least once this week, too. What better way to do that than a fun little get-to-know-you winter survey?! Here are a few quick winter-themed Q&As from me to you.

By now, we all know that self care is of paramount importance. It’s been a mainstay on this very blog since I started writing. A lot of stories that center on self care, though, seem to focus on great big things people can do to care for themselves–things that can take up a lot of time, energy, and/or money. In my opinion, however, self care should be a DAILY thing. And a weekly thing. And a monthly thing. Seriously, guys; we should be treating ourselves well as frequently as possible. But how?!
