Keeping it casual today and throwing it back to the MySpace days {lol} with this fitness-and-yoga-inspired questionnaire.

1: What is your favorite way to work out?

I like running, yoga, and TIU workouts, but I’m pretty sure that my “soulmate” workout is barre!

2: Favorite ‘guilty pleasure’ food?

MILKSHAKE. Seriously, like, a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream and sprinkles on top. Not that I actually feel guilty having one every now and then! 😉

3: Would you consider yourself more of a tea drinker or coffee drinker?

I guess tea? I pretty much never drink coffee!

4: Do you exercise? Is it something you enjoy?

Yes and yes!

5: Would you ever go vegan?

I’ve done a few vegan challenges {like, vegan for 10 days/a month/whatever} but I don’t think 100% vegan eating would be sustainable for me.

6: What is your dream meal? You have no money limit, can use any ingredients in the world, and you don’t have to cook it yourself.

Caesar salad + waffle fries + Diet Coke. ♡ ♡ ♡

7: Do you practice yoga? If so, what are your favorite/least favorite poses?

I’m a casual yogi! It’s something I’m interested in and that I find really beautiful/powerful, but I’m definitely a beginner!

8: Would you rather only eat dessert foods for the rest of your life, or never have another dessert food in the rest of your life?

Ugh. I think I’d never have another dessert food for the rest of my life, just because when I consistently avoid sweets, I tend not to miss them! Also because the thought of ONLY eating desserts makes me feel kinda icky. I need savory!

9: What is ‘healthy eating’ to you?

In a word? Balance. Eating in a way that makes me feel good without deprivation or overindulgence.

10: What are you top three favorite fruits, and top three favorite veggies?

Fruits: Pineapple, mango, & raspberries.

Veggies: Broccoli, asparagus, & brussels sprouts!

11: What are your three least favorite fruits, and your three least favorite veggies?

Fruits: Bananas, grapes, & oranges…admittedly super weird.

Veggies: Onions, mushrooms, & olives. Ick.

12: Do you juice? If so, what’s your favorite juice?

I like anything with lemon + cayenne! Suja’s ‘Master Cleanse‘ and ‘Lemon Love‘ juices are bae.

13: [If you do yoga] Do you prefer to follow along a video, take a class, or just make up your own flows?

I prefer classes and videos! Tone It Up and Yoga w/ Adrienne both have YouTube videos that I like.

14: If you could only drink one flavor of tea for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Probably something with ginger and/or lemon…This Yogi tea covers both of those bases nicely!

15: What’s your favorite nut butter? Least favorite that you’ve tried?

It’s a toss-up between honey peanut butter and vanilla almond butter! Both are perfection. Least favorite? I didn’t used to be a huge fan of plain almond butter, but I truly haven’t met a nut butter I dislike! {Actually, that’s a lie–I hate Nutella–hazelnut-butter? Not my jam.}

16: What store’s athletic-wear do you like best? (yoga pants, sports bras, running shorts, etc.)

V into Lululemon for yoga pants. I’m not picky when it comes to pretty much anything else though!

17: If you had to pick just five foods to eat for the rest of your life, what would they be?

Potatoes, raspberries, broccoli, chicken, and…chocolate.

18: What’s your opinion on people who have no concern about keeping themselves/their bodies healthy?

…I don’t really have an opinion on what other people do or don’t do with their bodies?!

19: Name a favorite of each: Drink, snack food, dessert food, meal.

Drink: Diet Coke

Snack: Apples with peanut butter.

Dessert: Strawberry shortcake.

Meal: Extra-spicy chicken pad Thai.

20: Do you add anything extra to your tea/coffee? 

Sometimes I add a little honey or a squeeze of lemon juice to tea!

21: Favorite oatmeal toppings?

Blueberries and brown sugar, or a lil maple syrup.

22: Your ultimate workout playlist would have to include what five songs?

23: Who/what got your into yoga/running/etc. (all that apply to you) ?

I got myself into fitness! I was definitely inspired by a few things and people, though, including fitness magazines {Women’s Health, SELF, and Shape, specifically} and YouTube trainers like Sarah from Sarah Fit, Karena and Katrina of Tone It Up, and Cassey Ho of Blogilates!

24: Do you have any ‘guilty pleasure’ foods?

Didn’t I answer this already?! No real guilty pleasures here!

25: (If you do yoga) Describe your perfect, dream yoga room/space.

Hmm…I envision hardwood floors, a TON of space, natural {perfect} light, and warmth! You know, that or the beach!
