I love a good giant salad. The color, the flavor, the ~*I-am-a-shining-beacon-of-health*~ experience, all of it is awesome. Admittedly though, nine times out of ten, the addition of a particularly tasty dressing tends to be what makes a big bowl of greens so palatable. That’s why it’s so crazy {and incredible} about THIS particular salad…it needs no dressing at all. This mix is full of high-flavor superfoods that somehow combine in a way that’s so delicious, you seriously won’t even need to add any kind of dressing to liven it up. Look, I’m not one of those people who will eat any salad ever and doesn’t even like dressing. In fact, I kind of love dressing. So the fact that I enjoy this combination of ingredients so much that I can enjoy it completely bare is saying something. It’s crunchy and juicy and fresh. There are sweet, savory, green, and nutty flavors, and thanks to the addition of avocado, hemp hearts, and almonds, it’s super wholesome and balanced and will actually keep you full and satisfied. The TSB Superfood Salad!


  • Spring mix
  • Avocado, sliced or cubed
  • Hemp hearts
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Craisins
  • Almonds


  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and enjoy.
  2. Seriously…that’s it.

Note: if you can’t stomach a dry salad, a few squeezes of lemon juice or a drizzle of olive oil would be great on top…And I’m sure that it would taste just as awesome lightly dressed in your favorite vinegarette or green goddess, too!
