Amazon is known for doing a lot of things really well–their inexpensive books, crazy-fast shipping with Prime membership, and video-on-demand services all come to mind.  What you may not realize, however, is how you can buy virtually ANYTHING from the online retailer. The entire Essie nail polish color library? Check. Cake-scented luxury bath bombs? Check. Vitamins? Check.  Now-discontinued deodorant that you found one summer in Europe? Check. You get the idea. It’s all there. Amazon has everything. So, in that spirit, I thought it would be fun to highlight five of my favorite online finds. Here’s some cool stuff you probably didn’t know you could get on Amazon!

1. Cereal marshmallows.

Let’s be real: Lucky Charms would be at LEAST 10x better if it were all marshmallows and no cereal. Amazon makes everyone’s childhood fantasy a reality–multiple vendors sell the “dehydrated cereal marshmallows” BY THE POUND. Amazing whether you want to eat them plain or use them to top your otherwise-healthy staples like yogurt or oatmeal.

2. The cheap swimsuit that looks good on everyone.

Everyone from Buzzfeed to Seventeen to SheFinds was all over this super-strappy black bathing suit early last month. I know what you’re thinking–there’s no way that a legitimate swimsuit can be purchased online, for under $10, and still somehow be flattering. You’d be wrong. After reading each of the articles above, peeping photos of the suit, and reading endless Amazon reviews, I decided to take a gamble and buy the one piece myself. Verdict: It’s good. Yes, it runs small, and yes, the material isn’t of the best quality, but for $6 and free shipping, I totally do not care. Bikini magic, guys.

3. Coloring books for grown-ups.

Back when I was in high school, coloring books became weird staples of the majority of our second-semester senior class. A bunch of us toted around Disney coloring books and packs of colored pencils, devoting our free periods {and, um, some actual class time} to our DIY masterpieces. Our ethics teacher even encouraged us to bring those books to class! It looks like he had the right idea, because now adult coloring books are totally having a moment. Said to help their color-ers lower stress, they provide an easy way to unleash some creativity and often help with clearing blocks, which is perfect if you’re studying a lot, or regularly deal with writers block.

4. Inexpensive Halloween costumes for your dog.

I’m a total sucker for a puppy in a costume. There is nothing cuter. Not so cute? The price you’ll pay for a dog costume at Target or Petco! Ridiculous. Thankfully, Amazon has our backs yet again with an inexpensive selection of canine costumes, just in time for Halloween. From pop-culture get ups like Star Wars and Jurassic Park, to food items, to other animals {my fave!}, there’s a huge selection of doggy holiday apparel for $20 or less at your fingertips. Even if you aren’t a puppy parent, I highly encourage you to check out the above selection of doggy Halloween apparel for lolz. It’s THAT good.

5. A citrus spritzer.

A citrus spritzer is basically the definition of “something you never knew you always needed”. For under $5, this little gadget pops into your favorite citrus fruit and allows you to spray the juice directly from the fruit itself! No cutting, squeezing, or any real effort required. Roll your lemon on your countertop before inserting the spritzer, then squeeze while you spray for maximum juiciness.

Have any Amazon scores of your own to share?

Liza
