Fun fact: I love a good writing prompt. I also love a good link-up. Know what I love even more? Having both of those things combined for me by one of the greatest girls I know//my {online} BFF. My girl Courtney from Her Sailing Soul has teamed up with blogger Jasmine from Classy, Sassy, and a Bit Smartassy to create a weekly “Coffee Talk” link-up that’s all about goals and intentions. It’s super simple to get involved, too–just share your three main goals for the week, and maybe a little bit about how you’re planning on accomplishing them. Your goals can be anything–home, blog, fitness, lifestyle, whatever. That’s it! Sounds like a pretty great way to kick off your week, no? Setting your intentions? In that spirit, here are my three major goals for the coming week!

1. Make a decision about the name.

For the past month and a half or so, I’ve been seriously contemplating changing the name of this blog. It’s not that I don’t love TSB, {I do!} but I’m kind of at the point where I feel as if I want something a little less cute, and a little more mature/professional/serious? I’m not quite sure. Anyway, I came to this realization after discovering that telling people that my site is called “The Skinny Breezy” kind of makes me cringe nowadays. So there’s that. The only thing is, changing this title also means changing all of my handles on social media AND my URL, and the second half of that equation really freaks me out. Oh, and I’d also have to come up with a new name that I both love and want to stick with long term {like, permanently,} so there’s that, too. I want to decide on a plan of action this week at the very least!

2. Get back on track with my fitness routine.

Ugh, guys. Real talk: my workouts have NOT been on point as of late. The last eight weeks have been a complete whirlwind with finding out about our move, visiting potential places to rent, packing up and moving out of our old place, living in a hotel for two weeks before our NEW place was ready to move into, and the finally moving into our new place…which then needed to be repainted and cleaned {not to mention, you know, decorated}. That all finished up last Friday and then, oh, my parents decided to come and visit Sunday – Wednesday. OMG. Know how I’ve been alluding to things being “hectic” or “chaotic” recently? Now you see why. This has not been real life. I really like it here, but I haven’t had any time yet to truly settle in. I think I’ve worked out mayyybe six times in the last two months, and I feel gross. Now that things are finally calming down, the no-workout-flow ends here.

3. Get the ball rolling on shopTSB.

I did a post a few months ago on cleaning out your closet, and I’ve decided to take my own advice and open up shop! After going through my wardrobe, I have a ton of excellent-condition clothing and accessories that I’m going to be posting {online!} for sale in the near future. This week, I’m going to commit to figuring out the logistics of setting up shop {selling direct? eBay? Depop?} combing through and photographing the goodies I’ll be selling, and going for a supply run to pick up essentials for packaging and shipping. I’m super excited to get started with all of this, but at the moment, it’s a little overwhelming! I’m hoping that breaking the project down into smaller tasks like this will make the whole undertaking more doable and less intimidating. Can’t wait to bring it to you!

What are your goals for the new week? New month? New season? I’d love to hear them!

    • Aww, thank you so much, Jasmine! I love your blog name, too 🙂 Totally makes me feel better that the indecisiveness is normal, haha!
