Sometimes beginning a challenge can be overwhelming – I get that. Where do I start? How much do I need to do? Is this something I can really commit to? I’ve been there! With prAna and SweatPink’s #TakeTheLeap, though, you can make the 30-day-yoga thing really work for YOU. If you haven’t gotten started yet, now is the perfect time to join in!

prAna is launching a mini-challenge called #BringingYogaBack! Designed by ambassador and yogi Michael Fukumura, it’s a 12-day Yoga Instagram Invitational that’s super simple and focused on inspiration…NOT competition. And of course, there are prizes: $1000 of prAna gear for you and a friend! All abilities and skill levels are totally welcome, so don’t feel intimidated AT all if you’re not a yoga pro! Again, this challenge is all about being your best self and sharing inspiration–not perfection or competition! Ready to take the leap?! Here’s how to participate…

To enter the #BriningYogaBack mini-challenge:

1) Follow @prAna on Instagram

2) Post a picture of yourself doing the pose of the day on Instagram – you don’t have to post every day to enter, and your pose doesn’t have to be perfect!

3) Use #bringingyogaback #taketheleap and tag both @prAna and @fitapproach     

4) Get your friends & family in on the fun!

That’s it! So let’s recap: yoga, balance, inspiration, grounding, prizes, & community building. Twelve days, twelve poses. Posting starts tomorrow!
