I definitely don’t consider myself a yogi. I’ve taken a handful of classes over the years, and I love a quickie yoga sesh to unwind, but I’m in no way a yoga pro. Do I aspire to be a yoga babe, though? Yes. 100% yes!! If you’re a new yogi, I’m right there with you. I taught myself to do a headstand last fall and considered that a pretty major accomplishment, but, other than that, I’ve pretty much been an outsider in the magical/beautiful/mystical world of yoga. I’m SO excited to take on this challenge to limber up, connect with my body, improve, get inspired, and make progress. I seriously can’t wait to share my lil yoga journey with you!
