Some of my favorite things to do before my birthday {tomorrow!} and the new year include reading as many horoscopes as I can get my hands on, checking in on bucket list items from the previous year, creating vision boards, and making new goal lists for the next year. I find it both hugely inspiring/exciting, but also really grounding. Apparently, I’m not alone in this: 2015 goal and resolution posts have already started to pop up on Instagram. Love. This.

I recently stumbled upon a few goal setting templates that I think are really cool. Instead of simply making a giant, random list of things that you want to accomplish, these templates help you create guided, grounded goals. Smart goals. Goals that are better than “get fit” and “spend less money”. What do you want to learn? Where do you want to go? What things do you want to buy? …You get the idea. That’s what I love about goal and resolution setting–they can be anything you want. There are no limits! It’s all about what you want and what you’re deciding to focus on. For the past few years, when I worked exclusively in fashion online media for example, I made style-based resolutions. Things like “wear yoga pants less frequently,” “save $$$ for a statement bag,” or “pile on more accessories”. I loved it. That was my life, guys. You make goals for who you are as much as for who you want to become. In 2015, I’m focusing a lot more on how I FEEL, and what I want to attract. And, I have a feeling that I’m going to be making resolutions and setting goals year round, because that’s just the kind of babe I’ve become 😉

I’ll start now. In honor of 2015 and my 25th year on the planet, here are five of my goals for the next year.

  1. Blog consistently 5x per week.
  2. Get better at yoga & be able to do cool poses on the beach.
  3. Launch the TSB + TTV eBook {yes, this is happening!} and shopTSB.
  4. Enroll in a nutritional therapist training program.
  5. Run 13.1 miles! {Not committing to a full-on, official half marathon yet, but challenging myself to train and run that distance.}

What are your plans for 2015?!
