Sometimes, a girl just needs to treat herself. What better day to do so than Saturday, right?! While I realize that my last foodie post was a recipe for peanut butter fudge, HALF of that equation was coconut oil, so we could at least PRETEND that we were being healthy. I mean, coconut oil is LIFE, right?! Well, this recipe, my dears, has zero coconut oil, three other ingredients, and maybe a million calories. Those cals though? Totally worth it–especially if you’re PMS-ing as bad as I am right now. In the mood for an incredibly simple, yet super-decadent treat? Pick up a pack of Oreos, a big bag of marshmallows, and some butter–we’re making no-bake Oreo brownies. (Spoiler alert: they aren’t exactly brownies at all!)
T(NS)SB Three Ingredient No-Bake Oreo Brownies!

8×8″ baking pan
Aluminum foil or parchment paper
1 package Oreo cookies
5 cups jumbo marshmallows (around 35 marshmallows)
4 tablespoons butter
Place Oreos into food processor and process until finely ground. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine marshmallows and butter. Melt in the microwave until soft and puffy–around 1.5 – 2 minutes. Remove bowl from microwave and pour in ground Oreos, stirring to combine. Transfer mixture into foil or parchment paper-lined baking pan. Let set in freezer for 10 minutes, or at room temperature for 20 minutes. Using the edge of the paper or foil, remove brownies from pan. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
